
Q. How do you prevent the chocolate from melting
during shipping?
A. Our products are packaged in custom designed,
state of the art “cooling boxes” which utilize
a frozen gel pack and insulation pads.
Q. Are your chocolate covered
cherries available all year long?
A. You bet they are! Our state of the art packaging
ensures quality during shipping, and allows us to ship year round, even
in the hottest months of summer.
Q. What days do you ship?
A. We ship on Mondays through Thursdays for deliveries
on Tuesdays through Fridays.
Saturday deliveries are available for an additional fee.
Q. Why do you require overnight
shipping for deliveries outside the state of Georgia?
A. In order to ensure and guarantee that our
products arrive in perfect condition, overnight
shipping is a must. Within Georgia, ground shipments arrive next day.
Q. Do you ship overseas?
A. No. At present we are shipping nationwide,
continental US only. For shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, please call for
additional assistance and for rates.
Q. What kind of chocolate
do you use?
A. We use a famous brand of delicious couverture
chocolate. Only the finest ingredients are
used in all of our products.
Q. Do you guarantee your
chocolate covered cherries?
A. Yes we do! We take pride in our gourmet, hand
dipped cherries and all of our fresh baked
products. If you or your recipient is not delighted, we will gladly replace
your order or refund
your money.
Q. How long do the chocolate covered cherries
last?
A. From all reports—not very long!!!! Oh,
regarding shelf life, they last 4 weeks at room
temperature or longer if refrigerated (follow wrapping instructions to
refrigerate!).
